Aldea Amaia is an in-house project we have conceptualized based on our experience in legal and financial structuring, as well as in the planning of real estate developments.
The project is governed by three sustainability principles—ecological balance, community integration, and long-term value—which guide both its planning and execution.
It is developed on a territorial reserve of approximately 200 hectares, beginning with an initial 15-hectare phase in Uh May, Tulum, serving as an organized and responsible starting point.
Aldea Amaia follows our development model Infographic, structured in three main stages: Generation, Integration, and Development – Closing.
The project is currently in the Integration phase, progressing in a controlled and strategic manner.
